Return policy

We offer a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, the bands must be in their original condition, with all parts complete.

How to initiate a return

To request a return, simply send an email to our customer service. You can also find this via the menu under Contact → Return or Exchange.

We also greatly appreciate it if you briefly let us know the reason for your return or how we can improve our products – it helps us a lot in continuously improving our service and products.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund process

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your bands for a different size or model, please indicate this when initiating the return.

Non-Returnable items

Customized or personalized bands cannot be returned.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service immediately. We will then look into a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

2 + 1 Free – returns

If you have used our 2 + 1 Free deal, a few additional return conditions apply to ensure fairness for both you and us.

You choose 3 products. You pay for the 2 most expensive items. The cheapest item is automatically free. When returning, the discount is recalculated based on the items you keep.

Example: Band A: €40, Band B: €35, Band C: €25

1. You return the free item C (€0,-)
   No refund – this item was free.

2. You return band A (€40,-)
   Promotion no longer applies – Band C is no longer free.
   New situation: you keep B (€35) + C (€25) = €60 → you receive €15 back.

3. You return band B + C (€40,-)
   You keep Band A (€40) → you receive €35 back.

4. You return band A + B (€75,-)
   You keep Band C (€25) → you receive €50 back.

5. You return all items (A + B + C)
   Full refund: €75
